Both. Nori ships simultaneously for macOS 11+ and Windows 10+ — your licence covers either, on as many devices as your tier allows.

Is this a subscription? +

No. Pay once, yours forever. The currently-installed version keeps working without limits, no matter what.

What happens after one year of updates? +

Your installed version stays fully functional forever — no kill switch, no nag screens. If you want to keep getting new versions, you can renew for ~50% of the original price each year. Renewal is optional and never automatic.

How many devices? +

Solo covers 1, Standard covers 3, Family covers 5. You can deactivate and re-activate seats any time from the in-app licence panel — handy when you replace a laptop.
